Terms and conditions

Registration

Registration to Exalead Education courses can only be done and are valid only when done using the online registration form. Registrations made less than 15 days before the commencement of the course will be refused. Registrations are considered confirmed only after a purchased order has been received. At it sole discretion Exalead may refuse registration of any person or from any organisation.

Payment

The invoices are payable within 30 calendar days of the date of issue of the invoice. Travel (class of air travel: 1st/business) and accommodation (class of accommodation 4*, European standard) outside the radius of Exalead at the Client's request shall be the object of reimbursement upon submission of invoices and supporting documentation.

Cancellation

Full refund is only made when cancellations or modifications are made 15 days before the commencement of the course. 50% penalties will be applied to modifications or cancelations made less than 14 days before the commencement of the course. No refund will be made for cancelation or modification made less than 7 days before commencement of the course. Cancellations or modifications must be notified to Training-at-exalead.com.

If the minimum numbers of attendees required for a course is not reached, Exalead reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any course in a reasonable delay before its commencement date. Liability of Exalead in this situation will not exceed the refund of the training fees.

Course Content

While every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of the Exalead courses, Exalead makes no warranties or guarantees as to the contents and further reserves the right to make changes without notice.

Exalead courses and documents provided during courses contain proprietary information of Exalead. Such information is for the sole use of authorized recipients and is provided to them on a strictly confidential basis. Acceptance of this document constitutes an agreement by recipients that they shall not disclose such proprietary information of Exalead to any third party, whether by providing copies thereof or otherwise, except with the express prior written consent of Exalead.
