This includes sorting and filtering the data, creating calculations for column data, and running graphical reports. Furthermore, a user can define personal views for their search results to display just the information of interest. These views can be saved for use in a future ENOVIA session. Finally, all data can be exported for offline analysis using spreadsheet software.

If files are associated with the data managed in ENOVIA, the user can download the file for additional review. In addition to the common document formats already viewable with simple browser plug-ins, ENOVIA users can use a powerful 3D viewer for design formats.

Finally, ENOVIA provides reporting capabilities focused on metrics and statistics to better assess the performance of an organization. These reports are based on ad hoc queries that can be executed in realtime in order to monitor the organization’s performance.
