Apriso synchronizes process, product, mBOM and resource data, including electronic work instructions, with digital manufacturing systems across every manufacturing site. As a result, each site operates with the most up-to-date information. Shop floor operators are provided step-by-step, directed manufacturing and work instructions to execute manufacturing, quality, maintenance and logistics processes. Detailed as-built, as-inspected, non-conformance and process performance data can then be sent back to Dassault Systèmes PLM applications to "close the loop" and support process and product design improvements.
