Shareholders' Meeting

Dassault Systèmes held its Shareholders’ General Meeting on May 22nd, 2008 at 3:00pm, at the "Maison de la Chimie", 28bis rue St-Dominique - 75007 Paris.

The dividend will be paid on June 20, 2008.
