“DS Innovation Forwards” is an annual program that rewards the most original team initiatives pursued within the Group and its broader ecosystem. The awards cover all activities: Technology & Products, Services, Sales, Marketing, Finance and CSR. In 2006, DS also presented awards to a number of partners in honor of their original contribution to developments in education.

The Dassault Systèmes “Passion For Innovation” program provides support for engineering projects that provide innovative problem-solving approaches to scientific, social or environmental challenges. If you’re an individual with initiative and drive, submit your engineering project to the Passion for Innovation program and you’ll be making the first step to bringing your idea to life!

A commitment to offering new career possibilities for disabled people
In order to bring together all talents, Dassault Systèmes has implemented a proactive policy to employ disabled workers. The Group has launched a range of initiatives, including internships, apprenticeships, etc., for high-school and university students with disabilities (with the baccalaureate being the minimum requirement).
In addition, DS works with specialized centers for disabled job-seekers in providing software and materials, as well as in-house training at DS, on the use of DS PLM solutions.
The Group also provides sign language classes and awareness sessions to help other employees appreciate and understand the every-day workplace challenges facing disabled workers.
