Services Contract Management (Services Administration) - Stockholm
As a Services Administrator your mission is to support the Services Management with ensuring the timely processing of incoming customer purchase orders (PO) and Statements of Work (SOW). It is also you who will ensure quality, accuracy and completeness of all activities in accordance with internal control policies and procedures. You will do this by performing quality assurance reviews on all proposals or Statement’s of Work (customer or vendor) before submission and in compliance with the internal control framework (ICF) policies. You will work closely with Legal to assist in the preparation of customer contracts and with Sales, Services or Project Manager to validate the accuracy of the contract information. You are the one that will certify customer’s purchase orders in compliance with ICF policies and also produce, validate and submit invoices to customer. You will be in charge of auditing project expenses, book project revenue and support the resolution of payment issues as required.
In close collaboration with Project Managers and the finance team, you will also manage all administrative activities related to subcontractors and coordinate all support activities related to the management of subcontractors.
We are looking for you who are familiar with ERP systems and have at least five years of experience of planning projects. Previous knowledge of revenue recognition principles and invoicing requirements are crucial. You should have the ability to create and maintain interpersonal networks and have strong organizational skills and pay attention to detail.
Technical Sales Specialist Automotive - Gothenburg
You will work in close partnership with the Client Executive for an account within the automotive industry. Together you will define the value proposition and monitor and secure the deployment of 3DS solutions for the account. You will contribute to revenue growth objectives on assigned accounts, through account planning and contribution to sales strategy. Most importantly you will be the one to ensure client's success and satisfaction.
You will provide recommendations to clients based on the depth understanding of client business processes, their system environments and knowledge of 3DS product portfolio and solutions. As a Technical Sales Specialist you will lead technical opportunities through evaluation and demonstration. You will together with Services management develop services opportunity plan supporting the account plan. Further you will assist the sales team in closing opportunities with the clients.
You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in a technical discipline and a deep knowledge of PLM solutions. You have a background and experience of working within the automotive industry. You shall have the ability to engage and demonstrate value to the customer at C-level and to understand the customer environment, processes and challenges. To succeed as a Technical Sales Specialist you will have to articulate the 3DS company vision and break it into executable steps.
Working with technical sales at Dassault Systèmes includes technical support where you leverage deep solution expertise and advice sales representatives and customers on technical solutions. You provide change management recommendations to customers, based on their system environment and the 3DS product portfolio and solutions.
You contribute to skills transfer by sharing personal knowledge with your team and by delivering technical or business presentations to the organization. You conduct discovery workshops, map the customers’ business drivers and market challenges to the solution capabilities, develop business transformation roadmap and assess business benefit for customers.
You have a Master of Science in Engineering or similar and a strong industrial engineering background as well as technical expertise and knowledge of our portfolio. You have an ability to translate business requirements into technical capabilities to deliver value beyond the base product while using your strong presentation, communication and demonstration skills. You have a background in PLM, searched based application, CATIA, ENOVIA, 3dvia or other relevant background.
Project Management – Gothenburg/Stockholm
As a Services Project Manager at Dassault Systèmes your mission is to ensure the successful completion of a customer project to guarantee customer satisfaction.
You will do this by coordinating all associated activities and resources to guarantee the committed margin and scheduling criteria. You should also provide support during presales activities such as assessing project needs, planning, staffing and risk management. You are contributing to the definition of the Statement of Work (SOW) and are the one in charge of creating and managing project plans and scope throughout the life cycle of the projects. You will be the one that will manage and provide guidance to the project team together with managing the project budget and margin which includes monitoring of purchases and expenses within the project.
As a Project Manager you are also the one in charge of preparing/updating the business forecast. During project execution you are to strive to develop new business opportunities with the customer. It is also crucial that you capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability and to produce lessons learned during the project closure phase.
For this position you need to have services and consulting experience and at least five years experience in project management. You should have an understanding of the 3DS products and technologies.
A Solution Architect within Dassault Systèmes acts as a key customer partner during the entire project lifecycle by defining and proposing an integrated global solution enabling the customer to fulfill their strategy. The Solution Architect formalizes customer’s business drivers and requirements and contributes to the definition of the Statement of Work (SOW) as well as defines and implement improved product development solutions for customers. Evaluating solution approach options and available technology to determine final approach and capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability.
We think that you have a degree in Engineering, deep knowledge of 3DS products and technologies, services and consulting experience and experience working within a product delivery lifecycle. Preferably you have five years experience from a Solution Architect role and demonstrate good communication skills and have the ability to create and maintain interpersonal networks.
Dassault Systèmes is looking for a skilled person to do process consulting for our customers in the Fashion/retail, Auto, Aero or other industry. As a PLM consultant you will be defining, specifying and be part of delivering an industry based solution based on Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
Determine client organization’s system requirements, and deliver advice on how Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE solutions are aligned with the client’s business strategy and processes.
- Interpret the customer requirements and demonstrate the product value to define the appropriate methodology documentation.
- Conduct or contribute to a proof of concept and definition of business case.
- Ensure liaison between client and R&D to ensure timely resolution of issues raised by client.
- Realize project gains through the use of Lean Engineering principles, automation and simulation. Capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability.

- Capable of developing and managing development of complex software product/system testing procedures, programming and documentation.

Senior Business Development Executive
The Business Development Executive at Dassault Systèmes is developing an overall sales strategy based on strong industry knowledge, selling at C-level with a main focus on new industry accounts. The Business Development Executive is leading the sales process and executing high added value sales engagements from opportunity identification to closure and leveraging the appropriate internal resources. Close collaborating with other parts of the organization to propose solutions that fit customer needs and requirements is also a part of this role.
You have a BS degree and/or MBA and that you have worked 5 to 10 years in the core business process of finance or services industry with five years experience from successful sales of software and services to banks or insurance companies. You are familiar with the global challenges this industry are facing regarding economy, competition, legislation and new techniques and that you have a strong ambition to succeed. We also think that you have an established network in the finance and insurance industry.
Senior Client Executive
The Client Executive develops an overall strategy for assigned accounts, selling on value at C-level, leads the sales process with the right internal resources and in cooperation with resellers, systems integrators or partners. The Client Executive within Dassault Systèmes own the definition and execution of strategic account plans and drives opportunity management in line with 3DS sales process as well as leads the sales process effectively, organizes the negotiations and closings. Forecasting and reporting of sales performance indicators towards targets is also part of the role.
You have a BS degree or an MBA and that you have worked 5 to 10 years in the core business process of the Aerospace and Defense or Automotive field, with successful sales experience of software and services. You have the capacity to build long term trusting relationships with customers at C-level, influence, cultivate networks, selling our vision and open up for new business and drives execution with a strong passion for results.
