Transparency, integrity and reliability underpin the 3DS approach to management. Our Code of Business Conduct is the formal expression of our commitment to ensuring that business is conducted in accordance with the highest ethical standards. This Code governs 3DS employees’ behavior and interaction both externally and internally.
The 3DS Ethics Committee is an international, cross-disciplinary body which helps promote our company’s core values regarding the way we behave and interact with our employees, customers and partners. The Committee is also responsible for ensuring the company’s compliance with environmental rules and regulations.
Respect for each other is also critical and to demonstrate its importance a Group-wide policy was implemented this year focusing on protecting the personal data of every employee. This policy is aligned with the EU Directive, the most protective of current regulations.
