Monica Menghini is in charge of defining the corporate strategy by integrating Corporate Planning, Industry and Brand Portfolio Strategy, Distribution Strategy, Corporate and Brand Marketing Strategy, and Sales and Marketing On line strategy. She is a member of the Executive Committee.
Monica is driving the development of a unique value creation framework that involves all Dassault Systèmes players of innovation to better serve industries and deliver even greater value for customers.
Monica Menghini joined Dassault Systèmes in 2009 as Vice President, Industry for the consumer goods, consumer packaged goods and retail sectors.
Prior to joining Dassault Systèmes, Ms. Menghini worked for a number of years at Saatchi & Saatchi, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. She held various posts in her eight years there, with regional responsibilities as well as the position of Global Equity Director, International Accounts. She later became CEO EMEA of Saatchi & Saatchi X, the agency’s shopper marketing network.
Ms. Menghini also has 13 years of experience as a “brand equity builder” at Procter & Gamble, where she led more than 20 brands to success in 11 different categories, from baby care to fabric care, and was later appointed Marketing Director Western Europe at P&G’s Fabric Care global business unit in Geneva.
Proud mother of 2 children, fluent in multiple languages, Ms. Menghini holds a law degree from the University of Rome and was a professional volleyball player.
