Laurence Barthes

Laurence Barthès was named Executive Vice President, Chief People and Information Officer of Dassault Systèmes in 2009. She is responsible for people, processes and tools, including all human resource functions for more than 11,000 employees worldwide.

Ms. Barthès demonstrates a deep understanding of what it takes to build the enterprise of the future in constant evolution:  responsiveness, managing change, adapting infrastructure, and developing talent. Under her leadership, the rollout of the 3DSwYm platform across the Company in 2008 empowered employees worldwide – regardless of role or mission – to contribute actively to the innovation process.

Laurence Barthès joined the Company in 1987 in Customer Support and Satisfaction and has held roles of progressively increasing responsibility in Quality and Production Engineering.
